Our policy is much like that of a theater or concert venue. If you purchase a ticket and for any reason do not attend the live performance, you are not entitled to a REFUND. Once the live performance is complete, the liability is on you. Once you sign up for the course, it is yours, meaning, you will have access to it for the time specified. Unlike a concert or theater ticket, if you miss the live date, you have access to the course materials for 2 years from the date of enrollment. In other words, once the course is offered live, it will be available On Demand via video. Even the Queen B doesn’t offer you this opportunity. The difference between the live class and the video is the energy generated and the ability to ask questions. However, everything covered in the live version will be available in the video version
What if I don’t like the course?
Did your mother ever give you Castor Oil when you were growing up? What about those liquid vitamins that tasted like iron? The point is that some things that don’t taste good are very good for us. Because the Healing Ancestral Patterns process is a Master Class, we encourage you to be sure this is something you want to do, and that the time is right for you. A simple process is to check in with yourself by taking 2-3 deep breaths and asking yourself the question, “Is this process appropriate for me at this time?” Take another deep breath and listen within for the response. If you hear yes or if it feels right, go for it and . . . trust the process. When it comes to deep levels of internal healing work, things may not make sense to the conscious mind while they can be and are understood at the soul level.
What if I don’t understand the materials?
As a Master Class the materials being offered may not be familiar, however, they are user friendly. In addition to the Orientation being offered to familiarize you with the materials, there will be a live video presentation that will clearly explain the process for each week. At the end of each live session, there will be a 30-minute Q&A session where you can ask questions to in order to clarify the process and the materials. We encourage you to keep in mind that this is a Master Class, based on Spiritual Technology with which you may not be familiar. This does not, however, mean the process is not effective or that it needs to be difficult. We encourage you to set an intention for yourself declaring that the process will be gentle, clear and easy for you to understand in order to realize maximum benefits and then . . . trust the process.
What if the process conflicts with my religious beliefs?

The Healing Ancestral Patterns Master Class is built upon universal spiritual principles and practices that are not meant to conflict with or contradict any religious theology. The materials offered have been designed to address the conscious mind, the subconscious mind, and the imprinted mental and emotional energy patterns that are carried by all human beings, regardless of race, gender, religion, or nationality. In addition to the spiritual aspects, the materials in the course are based on the scientific research of Neuroplasticity and Epigenetics. The process and practices offered in the course have been designed to address energy constructs (i.e., thought pattens, beliefs, habitual behaviors, etc.) that can and often do impact how we see and approach life. Again, check in with yourself to see if this is the right thing for you at this time and then . . . trust the process. And, we encourage you to do this before you sign up.
What if I cannot manage the technology?
We have exerted great effort to make the process and materials user friendly. Since this is a Master Class for self-healing, for the most part, you are on your own. There are resource materials available and the entire technological process will be covered during Orientation. If you can use a computer and download a document, we encourage you not to anticipate any challenges. If for any reason, you get stuck or if there is a technological glitch of some sort, Customer Service is available at HAP@iyanla.com. If you let us know your needs, someone will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours.
Why do you make getting a refund so difficult?
We live in a fast-paced, technological society that has trained us to demand and expect immediate results and gratification. This is not a part of that expectation. Healing Ancestral Patterns is a Master Class. This means it is offered to people who are ready to do the work required to take their lives to the next level. This also means that you may not know what that looks like until you go through the process and shift or create a new desire for yourself, within yourself. Signing up for the class is an investment in yourself. Because the class is a process, you will get out of it what you put into it. If you do the work, you will reap the benefits. This means it is on you; it is about your commitment; it is about your desire to master your mind and your life. We have full faith and confidence in the work, the process and the facilitator. We have done our work to ensure that anyone who is faith-filled, trusting and committed will experience a major shift in their mental and emotional well-being. What you are paying for is the time, energy and effort that has gone into creating the process and the materials: making it available in a user-friendly manner; and walking you through the process to realize maximum benefits. We have done our part. You are paying for the value of our efforts.
