Identifying and Understanding Ancestral and Generational Patterns
In this class meeting, you will learn how to become self-observant in order to recognize the ancestral patterns and beliefs that may be active in your life. This class will begin with the most obvious – – – looking at what you do and learning to recognize why you do it, if it doesn’t work for you.
The work you begin in this class will continue throughout the week. The class will culminate with a meditative clearing process that will support you in releasing what you discover and uncover. Once the formal class ends, 30 minutes will be offered to answer questions related to the topic.
