Clearing the Matriarchal Echo and ShadowÂ
In this class, you will learn how to make a non-judgmental assessment of your mother and identify how you are like her… whether you knew her or not. This class deals with matters of the heart, your emotional nature, much of which you picked up in the womb.
You will also learn how to monitor your emotional reactions, some of which you may have inherited. Throughout the week, you will employ a variety of healing techniques and tools to bring these issues to the surface; in other words, to call them out. The class will culminate with a meditative clearing process that will support you in releasing what you discover and uncover. Once the formal class ends, 30 minutes will be offered to answer questions related to the topic.
